At Jefferspaws, we strive to ensure that your order arrives in a timely and safe manner. Below are the details of our shipping policy:
1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Flat Shipping Rate: $4.99 on all orders.
- Free Shipping: On all orders over $70 within the United States.
We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), and shipments typically occur within 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but please expect your order to arrive within the following timeframes:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (available at checkout for an additional charge)
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.
2. Order Processing
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after it has been sent to the carrier.
3. Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize an error in the shipping address after completing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@jefferspaws.com. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we cannot be responsible for the delivery of the package to the wrong address.
4. International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping to the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping, but we may expand our shipping capabilities in the future. Please check back for updates.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us at service@jefferspaws.com for assistance.
6. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier-related issues. Jefferspaws is not responsible for any shipping delays that may occur once your order has been handed over to the carrier.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Jefferspaws is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. However, if your package is still in transit or delayed, please contact us for further assistance.
8. Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged item or package, please contact us immediately at service@jefferspaws.com. You may be asked to provide a photo of the damage to help us resolve the issue. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement depending on your preference and the circumstances.
